Jonathan practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganization, and general corporate commercial matters.
Jonathan has advised clients in the purchase and sale of assets and businesses, reorganizations, and other general commercial arrangements. Jonathan also advises clients with a diverse range of commercial real estate and real property matters, including financings and commercial leases. Jonathan articled with the firm before joining as an Associate in 2023.
During law school, Jonathan was a research assistant and studied modern developments to consumer protection and sales of goods legislation, including the Uniform Commercial Code.
Prior to law school, Jonathan was an account executive for a material handling equipment corporation and served a variety of Fortune 500 companies. During undergrad, Jonathan was a member of the varsity baseball program and remains actively involved in athletics.
