Jonathan practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, secured lending, and general corporate commercial matters.
Jonathan also advises clients in the financial services market. He routinely advises several institutional lenders and private borrowers with project financings, mezzanine commercial loan transactions, and recapitalizations, in addition to their commercial real estate and real property matters.
Jonathan articled with the firm before joining as an Associate in 2023. During law school, Jonathan was a research assistant and studied modern developments to consumer protection and sales of goods legislation, including the Uniform Commercial Code.
Prior to law school, Jonathan was an account executive for a material handling equipment corporation and served a variety of Fortune 500 companies. During undergrad, Jonathan was a member of the varsity baseball program and remains actively involved in athletics.
