Pietro Milanesi

Pietro Milanesi is a lawyer in the Finance, Projects and Restructuring department. He works in the Milan office. Pietro has significant experience in the assistance to financial institutions, investment funds, arrangers and originators in relation to public and private securitisation transactions backed by different type of receivables (consumer loans, auto loans, trade receivables, real estate, NPLs, RMBS, CMBS), as well as in the assistance to issuers and arrangers in the management and update of covered bonds programmes established by primary Italian banks.
