  • Providing trade mark and copyright infringement and enforcement advice, as well as handling regional prosecution work and enforcement actions for a global luxury goods brand.
  • Advising on local, regional and global trade mark and copyright disputes (including providing infringement and enforcement advice as well as acting for the client in trade mark opposition and cancellation actions) for a fast‑growing premium confectionery brand operating in the Middle East.
  • Supporting a leading hotel brand with comprehensive regional trademark clearance. 
  • Advising on regional trade mark, design and copyright disputes (including providing infringement and enforcement advice) for a global premium sports-fashion brand.
  • Acting for a global social media company on trade mark infringement matters. 
  • Advising a range of clients on their data privacy compliance obligations including a leading UK based health club, US fashion brands and financial services institutions.
