Mingrui Jin is a Consultant in the Real Estate team, based in DLA Piper's Shanghai office. She has extensive experience in cross-border financing transactions in acquisition financing and real estate financing representing financial institutions, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a bilateral, club, or syndicated basis.

Mingrui received her LL.B. degree from Fudan University Law School, LL.M. degree from New York University Law School.

Mingrui has passed P.R.C. bar exam and New York bar exam.

  • Advising Cathay United Bank on its proposed loan facility provided to Blackstone for the purpose of financing the acquisition of logistics warehouses in Nanjing and Changshu, China. *
  • Advising Standard Chartered Bank in connection with its proposed loan facility for Nova Property Investment Co Ltd. relating to a property located in Shanghai. *
  • Advising Standard Chartered Bank and BNPP in connection with its proposed loan facility provided to a portfolio of logistics assets in Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Foshan, and Jiaxing invested in by Gaw. *
  • Advising Standard Chartered Bank in connection with its proposed loan facility provided to Pamfleet Shanghai Real Estate Fund, L.P. for the purpose of financing the acquisition of certain floors in City Point. *
  • Advising Asian Development Bank in connection with its proposed financing for Shenzhen Water Group to develop and operate a portfolio of urban water infrastructure projects in 3rd and 4th tier cities in the PRC. *

  • Advising Asian Development Bank on its COVID-19 response financing for China Gas. *
