Hugo Molina advises national and international companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations within various industries.
He additionally advises companies in local and international corporate financings, capital increases, convertible loans and contract law as well as individuals in inheritance, family and property matters.
Hugo previously worked as a teaching assistant at the Universidad de Concepción's School of Law and Social Sciences in the Departments of Procedural Law and Criminal Law.
