Marta is an associate in the Employment Law practice group at DLA Piper's Madrid office.

Marta has developed her professional career providing legal employment advice to national and international companies, both in day-to-day legal support and strategic planning, within the field of Employment Law and Social Security.

Her professional practice covers, among other areas, all types of employment contracts, collective bargaining and contract drafting, management of individual and collective dismissals, substantial changes in working conditions, disciplinary procedures, work permits, production decentralization processes, administrative proceedings arising from Labor Inspectorate actions, including infringement reports and Social Security contribution settlements, advice on working conditions, as well as preparation and defense in conciliations and litigation in the social jurisdiction.
