Brenan Molzahn

Brenan Molzahn practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (including asset and share acquisitions and divestitures), private equity and venture capital, securities and debt financing, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and corporate governance. He regularly acts for private companies, investment funds, emerging growth companies, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries. Brenan advises clients with a focus on pragmatic, results-driven solutions. 

Brenan joined the firm as an associate after completing both his summer and articling terms with us. During law school, he was an active volunteer with Student Legal Services, providing legal information and referrals to low-income individuals in Edmonton and surrounding communities. As an undergraduate, Brenan worked as a research assistant for several professors and published multiple articles in academic journals.
