Brenan Molzahn practices in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.

Brenan has experience in a broad range of corporate commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and commercial real estate development. Brenan joined the firm as a summer student and completed his articles with us prior to joining as an associate.

During law school, Brenan was an active participant in Student Legal Services, volunteering his time to provide legal information and referrals to low-income residents in Edmonton and surrounding areas. During his undergrad, Brenan supported multiple professors as a research assistant and published numerous articles in academic journals.
