Oriana Montani is experienced in a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development of commercial properties.

Oriana advises investment funds, institutional real estate advisors, REITs, and developers in a diverse array of real estate matters, including all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and development projects. She is experienced in representing both institutional investors and developer partners in joint venture transactions. Oriana’s experience spans a variety of asset classes, including multi-family, data center, industrial/logistics, lab/life science, office and retail properties.

  • Represent institutional investment fund in joint ventures for development projects and existing assets across the United States and in the sale and acquisition of retail, industrial, multi-family and office properties
  • Represent major Boston based developer in development of a 30 acre mixed-use project in Nashville, Tennessee
  • Represent major Boston based developer in joint ventures, acquisitions, financings and development of mixed-use projects in Boston, Massachusetts, Nashville, Tennessee, and Charlotte, Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina
  • Represent major university in the development of university owned property by institutional developer
  • Represented non-US investor in a US$3.5 billion joint venture and acquisition of a 111-asset multi-state industrial portfolio
  • Represented vertically integrated real estate investment company in the acquisition of a US$2 billion multi-state multi-family residential portfolio and a $1 billion loan secured by the multi-family assets
  • Represented vertically integrated real estate investment company in the acquisition of a US$1.1 billion multi-state multifamily residential portfolio and a US$700 million loan facility secured by the portfolio
  • Represented public REIT in $309 million acquisition of two major retail shopping centers in Massachusetts
  • Represented public REIT in sales and acquisitions of Class-A self-storage properties, including a US$1.3 billion acquisition of 84 self-storage portfolio
  • Represent US$7 billion private REIT in joint ventures, acquisitions and financings of office, residential, retail and industrial properties in core markets
