Michael Moore has experience in a wide range of areas, including unfair trade practices, state attorney general litigation, governmental fraud and qui tam litigation, consumer class actions, business torts, commercial transactions and products liability. He has tried jury cases in both state and federal courts and argued appeals in the Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

  • Eighteen (18) years of involvement in Qui Tam litigation involving alleged fraudulent drug pricing and alleged off-label promotion
  • Represented a major pharmaceutical company in off-label promotion litigation brought by the Mississippi Attorney General
  • Represented a major pharmaceutical company in litigation brought by the Louisiana Attorney General alleging unlawful delay of generic entry
  • Represented several major pharmaceutical companies in Qui Tam litigation brought by the Texas Attorney General
  • Lead jury trial counsel for a wireless network provider in a 2014 patent infringement trial in federal court for the Eastern District of Texas (2014)
  • Lead trial counsel for an oil and gas industry supplier in a Houston, jury trial involving fraud concerning a commercial contract (2011)
