Rafaela de Almeida Bispo focuses her practice on administrative and judicial litigation in the areas of contracts and consumer law, as well as arbitration procedures in the power sector.

She is experienced in monitoring and supervising lawsuits and arbitration cases, analyzing contingencies, preparing and drafting petitions and appeals, and preparing legal reports related to civil and consumer law in state and federal courts.
