Kirsten Morelli

Kirsten Morelli represents large corporations, real estate funds, developers, private equity companies, and financial institutions in all aspects of commercial real estate. She has significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (including sale-leasebacks) and development. Kirsten also regularly assists clients with respect to the financing of real estate assets, both in the context of the origination of mortgage and mezzanine financing and as a part of larger credit facilities. 

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kirsten was a manager in sales, marketing, and distribution for two Fortune 100 companies. She strives to apply her experience working for major corporations to her law practice by working closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure alignment of legal and business priorities.
