Amy is a regulatory lawyer focussed on environment, health and safety and product regulation and ESG and sustainability laws.
She supports clients on matters including environmental permitting, contaminated land, REACH and chemicals regulation, waste and producer responsibility, carbon and energy efficiency, corporate sustainability due diligence and reporting, product safety and occupational health and safety requirements.
Amy also has extensive experience advising on the environmental, health and safety aspects of large and cross-border corporate and real estate transactions, including the management of environmental liabilities.
She has also worked with clients responding to and defending regulatory investigations, enforcement actions and prosecutions following environmental and health and safety.
