Faye Morton is a dual-qualified (UK/US) attorney and focuses her practice on sourcing, outsourcing, and technology transactions.  

Faye’s experience includes drafting and negotiating outsourced services agreements (including integrated facilities management outsourcing, business process and technology outsourcing), global framework agreements for the supply of goods and services, cloud services agreements with hyperscalers, SaaS subscriptions and software licenses, and collaboration and revenue-share models. Faye's experience also involves drafting and negotiating complex IP ownership and licensing terms.

Faye advises clients on sourcing and licensing AI technologies, including procuring access to LLMs and related applications (including fine-tuning and RAG tools) and licensing data to LLM providers. 

Faye also advises global companies on improvements to the end-to-end procurement and contract management lifecycle, including developing global contract templates, self-service training and guidance, policies and governance procedures. 

Faye has experience working with clients across sectors, including real estate, industrial, defense, aviation, retail, hospitality, financial services and technology sectors.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Faye started her working career as a sourcing professional at a British railway infrastructure company, procuring goods and services across categories of spend, managing strategic technology providers and advising on the technology category spend strategy.  Faye is also part qualified in the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
