Laetitia Mouton advises national and international companies on all aspects of information technology law, with a particular focus on technology and outsourcing transactions.

She has extensive experience leading negotiations and advising on complex digital transformation projects involving hyperscalers, system integrators, and regulated public procurement. She is frequently retained for strategic IT sourcing and cloud deals that require both sector-specific regulatory insight and a strong commercial approach.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising the Flemish government on all contractual aspects of its largest-ever IT procurement, involving the selection and contracting of an ERP vendor and system integrator.
  • Leading negotiations with Oracle on cloud service terms for the Flemish government and for a global logistics company.
  • Supporting a multinational pharmaceutical group and a personal care manufacturer in negotiations with SAP.
  • Supporting a European hygiene products manufacturer with the negotiation of a strategic outsourcing arrangement covering smart production technologies and related cloud services.
  • Acting for a leading financial market infrastructure provider in its strategic cloud transformation deal with Microsoft, including the drafting of a detailed term sheet, leading the full negotiation lifecycle, and resolving IP ownership and regulatory risk issues.
  • Advising Belgium's national railway operator on the legal structuring and negotiation of its outsourcing program, building on its prior EUR245m contract.
  • Representing the Belgian postal services in a strategic multi vendor IT sourcing transition, covering full tender preparation and procurement-phase support.
  • Supporting a par-European HR services provider on a complex cross-border Build-Operat+Transfer (BOT) project involving offshore delivery and regulatory structuring.
