Marceau Muselet is an associate in the Finance practice at DLA Piper in Paris.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Blackstone, on the acquisition from Proudreed of a portfolio of nearly 500 logistics and industrial assets (c. 2 million sqm) valued at approximately EUR 2.3 billion.
  • Advising Tikehau Capital, on a EUR 238 million financing granted by Natixis, Société Générale and BRED Banque Populaire for the acquisition from CDC Habitat of a portfolio of 38 residential assets (1,264 units) located across France.
  • Advising Northwood Investors, Vitura and AXA IM Alts, on the refinancing of acquisition debt and the financing of the renovation of the Kennedy office building in Paris, including a facility available in the form of a first demand guarantee for construction contractors.
  • Advising Boreal IM, on a EUR 170 million financing and refinancing granted by Aareal Bank for a portfolio of logistics assets in France and Germany, as well as an additional EUR 77 million facility.
  • Advising Blackstone, on the refinancing of a prime retail asset in the Saint Honoré district in Paris through the issuance of private bonds of approximately EUR 100 million subscribed by insurance debt vehicles.
  • Advising Edyn Group, on the refinancing of an iconic hotel in Paris, as part of a multi jurisdictional and multi currency refinancing covering a pan European hotel portfolio across France, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • Advising Metric Capital Partners, as secured lender and co investor in a joint venture for the acquisition and development of a portfolio of self storage assets in France.
  • Advising Invesco, as lender (through its French debt fund), on a mortgage facility financing the acquisition and development of a portfolio of last mile logistics assets in France and Spain.
  • Advising The Carlyle Group, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 27 logistics distribution assets located in France and Germany.
