Isla Neil

You are very diligent and have great attention to detail. You always think through points thoroughly and come up with ideas and points that I would not necessarily have otherwise considered. You very clearly articulate your thoughts. You are genuinely enthusiastic …. which is great! Finally, I really don’t like the phrase “above and beyond” because I think it’s thrown around too much. But – it does apply well to you – you do go above and beyond in terms of your dedication to meeting deadlines.
