Lyliana Ongaro advises national and international clients on advertising, consumer protection, competition law, bureaucratic barriers and market regulation, with a focus on procedural representation, strategic consulting and the implementation of compliance programs. Lyliana has significant experience advising international businesses and e-commerce platforms, facilitating their entry into new markets in compliance with local legislation.
