  • Acting for SDL Plc on its acquisition of the business and assets of Donnelley Language Solutions from Donnelley Financial Solutions Inc.
  • Acting for Direct Group on its disposal of the insurance property claims element of its group to Davies Group Limited.
  • Acting for Calvin Capital (part of the Calisen Group) on its acquisition of BV Holdings Limited.
  • Acting for Vespa Capital on its investments in Feefo Holdings and Bluecrest Health Screening.
  • Acting for management and Livingbridge on the sale of Mobysoft to, and investment by, ECI Partners.
