Dr. Arianna Palmieri

Arianna Palmieri, tax director, is a chartered accountant and qualified auditor, with over 10 years’ advising multinational in corporate, international, financial and energy taxation. 

Arianna provides tax and accounting assistance to domestic and international groups. She also assists clients before tax Courts and before tax authorities within investigation, settlements and rulings.

After graduating cum laude in Economics and earning the master's degree in tax law, Arianna collaborated for over 10 years with leading tax law firms, focusing on tax and accounting advice and tax litigation.

She assists leading international groups in the field of direct domestic and international taxation, providing advice on particularly complex issues such as M&A transactions, banking activities and derivatives taxation, transfer pricing and the taxation of IAS/IFRS adopters.

Arianna has an extensive experience in tax litigation concerning national, European and international taxation, working on significant disputes on transfer pricing, abuse of law, permanent establishments, extraordinary transactions, treaties against double taxation, derivatives.

She is speaker in conferences, seminars and webinar on tax law.
She  is  a member of Direct taxes – IAS adopter business income Commission of the Association of Tax Advisors and Accountants of Rome.
