• Advising TRATON Financial Services AB, part of a major German automobile manufacturing group, on its acquisition of a French industrial vehicle leasing business. 
• Advising a leading tire manufacturer, on the acquisition of a French company specializing in elastomer engineering.
• Advising Hy24, the world’s leading private asset manager dedicated to the hydrogen economy, on a second capital raise of EUR47 million for Hy2Gen AG, a global producer of renewable hydrogen and synthetic fuels.
• Advising Eagle Football Holdings Bidco (indirectly controlled by John Textor) in connection with (i) the purchase of a majority stake in Olympique Lyonnais Groupe (listed on Euronext Paris) from Holnest, Pathe and IDG Capital and the subscription to a reserved capital increase of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe and (ii) Eagle's subsequent mandatory takeover bid for Olympique Lyonnais Groupe.
• Advising shareholders, including the investment fund FPCI Newfund 1 on the sale of a majority stake in the share capital of Tageos to Fedrigoni.
• Advising Qatar Sports Investments on the conclusion of a partnership and strategic investment agreement with Arctos Partners. This agreement relates to the acquisition by Arctos of a minority stake in the capital of the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) soccer club.
• Advising Alcopa Capital Development in connection with the purchase of a majority stake in the Buffet Crampon group, world leader in the manufacture of wind musical instruments.
• Advising StoneX Group Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Octo Finances SA, a premier fixed income brokerage firm.
