Philippa's practice encompasses a wide range of corporate legal matters including group reorganisation projects (often multi-jurisdictional), private M&A and joint ventures. She has a particular interest in the company law aspects of intragroup restructurings, legal entity rationalisations, share capital arrangements and constitutional matters.
Philippa has experience in a variety of sectors including in Real Estate, Telecoms, Technology, Media and Entertainment.
EXPERIENCE
- General Electric Company on the separation and spin-off of each of GE Healthcare Technologies and GE Vernova.
- Ooredoo on the creation of a USD2.2bn independent Tower company operating across MENA (in conjunction with Zain and TASC) to which Ooredoo would contribute c.20,000 towers from across 5 markets.
- Dentsu, leading global marketing and advertising network, on its USB678m acquisition of global omnichannel marketing production company Tag Worldwide Holdings.
