Roxana is a young lawyer skilled in competition law matters, assisting clients in various sectors.
Roxana has experience in devising compliance programs and trainings for the purpose of ensuring understanding of and compliance with competition law regulations and preparing clients for dawn-raid procedures, thus significantly contributing to the delivery of tailored materials for clients in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and retail.
She has been assisting clients investigated by the Romanian Competition Council in various matters at all stages throughout the investigations.
She has also been involved in assisting such clients in contentious matters against the Romanian Competition Council before Romanian courts for the annulment of the competition authority’s sanctioning decisions.
