Michael Klejs Pedersen is highly skilled within employment and labour law. Michael provides advice to Danish and foreign enterprises, trade unions and executives.

Michael advises primarily on executive service agreements, employment contracts for salaried employees, commission and incentive schemes, termination/instant dismissal, severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, trade secrets in employment relationships, discrimination/equal treatment, collective redundancies, employees’ legal rights in the event of transfer of undertakings, collective agreements, data protection law with a particular focus on HR management, employee shareholders’ legal rights, employment law due diligence in connection with M&As, criminal law relating to employment relationships/working environments, etc., and the tax position of executives/employees.

Michael has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts and has conducted a considerable number of legal proceedings before the courts, industrial dispute resolution bodies and private arbitral tribunals.
