Natalia is a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing & Valuation at DLA Piper’s Madrid office. Her main areas of expertise include advising large multinational enterprises (MNEs) on the design, implementation, and documentation of transfer pricing policies, as well as the analysis of intra-group transactions.

She has participated in numerous transfer pricing policy analyses for various multinational groups across sectors such as automotive, industrial, services, and digital. Natalia has also contributed to the development of policies and tools related to transfer pricing.

Additionally, Natalia have extensive experience in international tax planning projects, Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) proceedings, litigation, and business valuations.
