  • Advising on the IT contracts and outsourcing required by a UAE government department in relation to the design, development, operation and maintenance of a state-of-the-art IT platform for the administration of the department's regulatory responsibilities.
  • Advising on numerous franchise, agency and distribution agreements, localising in-line with UAE law.
  • Advising a major airline in relation to a multi-million-dollar IT outsourcing and transformation programme for cyber security services with IBM.
  • Advising on the IT contract and outsourcing required by a UAE government department in relation to the design, development, operation and maintenance of a next generation digital cashless payment platform.
  • Assisting various entities in relation to data protection compliance under UAE Onshore and Free Zone data protection laws.
  • Assisting with the filing of trade marks within the UAE and internationally.
  • Advising on product recall within the region for multiple entities, including liaising with authorities and completing formalities.
  • Advising numerous clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, such as services agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements and franchise agreements.
