Patricia is Legal Director of the Employment Law department at DLA Piper Spain's Madrid office.

Patricia has solid experience in all areas of employment law and Social Security. She has advised on corporate restructuring processes, collective dismissals, ERTES (temporary layoffs) and other collective bargaining agreements, as well as on the drafting of employment and senior management contracts, the adaptation of international contracts to Spanish regulations, remuneration plans, labor inspections, dismissals, investigations, etc. She also acts as a lawyer before the Social Courts and advises on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and legal audits.
