Noemi practices in the area of corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in a wide range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, as well as international corporate reorganisations, assisting clients throughout all key phases of the process – from legal due diligence to the drafting, negotiation, and implementation of transaction documents.

She regularly advises clients on post-closing integration matters and supports them in establishing and developing their legal presence in Romania. Her practice also covers day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate the local legal landscape with clarity and confidence.

Noemi advises both international and local clients across a variety of sectors, including FMCG, software development and IT services, manufacturing, distribution and retail, fashion, media and entertainment, and consultancy services.

  • Axel Johnson’s acquisition of La Fantana, a complex, cross-border transactions, involving multiple jurisdictions and multiple practice areas, as well as coordination with a large number of parties.
  • Żabka, Poland's largest retail chain, on the acquisition of a majority stake in DRIM Daniel Distributie FMCG, one of the leading distribution players in Romania.
  • Berlin Packaging on its acquisition of Romanian companies Sarom and Romgallia, supporting its strategic expansion across EMEA and strengthening its glass packaging portfolio.
  • TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, on the acquisition of eight Contexpert companies specialised in accounting, inventory, taxation and payroll services in Romania.
  • Globant, a leader in the field of digital transformation and innovation, in the acquisition of Pentalog, a recognized company in the digital transformation services industry, providing software development, maintenance and project management solutions.
  • East Grain and its shareholders in the transaction whereby Agrofert, the CEE agricultural commodities giant, acquired a majority stake in the company by both purchasing existing shares and investing new funds to secure its continued growth and which also required EU-level antitrust clearance.
