Stefanie Postema is experienced in advising on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross border debt related products, including leveraged finance and corporate lending, real estate and asset finance and financial restructuring, as well as on renewables finance transactions.

Her clients include Dutch and international banks, sponsors, private equity funds, peer to peer lenders and other strategic borrowers who she advises on all aspects of the structuring, documentation, negotiation and subsequent implementation of primary, secondary and ancillary transaction and/or project documentation.
