Laura Quazzo concentrates her practice on investment management & real estate capital markets with a focus on fund formation, joint ventures, and construction contracts.
Laura represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters including structuring joint ventures, ongoing fund operational matters, and drafting and negotiating fund documents including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and side letters.
Laura also represents real estate funds and their general partners in negotiating construction contracts with general contractors, architects, and civil engineers as well as development agreements with joint-venture partners.
