Alex advises on the entire transfer pricing lifecycle – planning, implementation, documentation, and controversy – and has strong experience across a number of sectors, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, software and technology, construction and engineering, and consumer goods.
He regularly assists clients in leveraging transfer pricing as a value driver, with significant experience in areas related to IP planning (including cost sharing arrangements, governance, and IP valuations), corporate restructurings, M&A, and financing and treasury operations. Alex has also led controversy and compliance projects, including MAPs, APAs, and OECD Local File / Master File documentation.
