  • Implementation of a large‑scale spin‑off for a Fortune 100 life sciences and technology company, valued at approximately US$30 billion and involving more than 500 transactions across 47 jurisdictions, including multi‑jurisdictional foreign direct investment regulatory analysis and related filing and approval requirements
