Jared Rhiner is a trial attorney and a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent litigation. His patent litigation experience includes matters before various district courts as well as before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Jared’s litigation experience also includes state court matters concerning technology and intellectual property. Jared further has experience regarding patent portfolio development and strategy.

Jared’s focus on patent litigation began at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he was the Co-President of Northwestern’s Intellectual Property Law Society, a Notes Editor on Northwestern’s Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and a competitor in the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court competition.
