Marianna Riedo is a Lawyer within the Intellectual Property and Technology department. She works in the Milan office.

She regularly advises clients on issues related to the implementation of artificial intelligence for the efficiency of internal business processes, as well as for the commercialization of systems that comply with the requirements of the AI Act. Her areas of expertise include privacy and cybersecurity. As a trainee lawyer, she also gained significant experience in the field of liability of internet service providers and online copyright protection.
Thanks to her a secondment at a multinational banking firm, Marianna has developed a practical and results-oriented approach aimed at ensuring quick and efficient responses to client requests.
