- Drafting and negotiation, on behalf of a leading Italian investment fund, of several commercial lease agreements concerning a large real estate complex located in Rome (Italy) to be leased to high standing tenants.
- Assistance to Italian investment fund in relation to a “sale and lease back” transaction concerning a real estate portfolio comprising of various hospitals and private clinics owned by a major Italian private group operating in the healthcare sector.
