Juan María Rosatto

Juan María Rosatto focuses on complex cross-border transactions, including M&As, foreign investments, and several commercial, financing and corporate contracts. He also actively participates in infrastructure and energy projects as well as in international arbitration procedures. After obtaining his LL.M. degree at Louisiana State University, he clerked for the East Baton Rouge Parish Office of the Public Defender and worked as an editor for the Journal of Civil Law Studies, the University’s Law Review. Juan is licensed to practice law in Buenos Aires and successfully took the New York Bar Exam, expecting to be admitted into practice in New York in the following months. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
