• Represented a sponsor owner and developer in the acquisitions, financings and dispositions of Class A and value add multi-family properties in Washington, Oregon and California
• Represented a real estate developer in the US$153 million aggregation and acquisition of 4 parcels from separate sellers in San Francisco
• Represented a publicly—traded REIT in the US$540 million CMBS mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by a leading retail center in Brooklyn, NY
