Nicolás is a senior associate in the Infrastructure, Projects and Public Law area, he is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and he develops his professional practice advising national and international clients in these areas.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Nicolás worked in several leading firms in the country in the areas of infrastructure law and state contracting, as well as a lawyer specialized in state contracting, project finance and anti-corruption in one of the main banks in the country. He has also worked as an official and advisor to public entities at the national and territorial level, acquiring valuable interdisciplinary experience.
