Tiffany Sadée


Tiffany Sadée works in the area of corporate law, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and complex cross-border restructurings.

Tiffany advises local and international clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions (including international groups reorganizations). She also works with private equity funds on structuring their investments and corporate governance matters in general.

Tiffany is a trilingual lawyer qualified in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. She is pragmatic, solution-oriented and sees relationships and trust as the key drivers of her practice. This enables her to steer her clients successfully through the challenges of often complex corporate matters.

Before joining DLA Piper, Tiffany was a member of the corporate team of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
