Andrea Salvemini PhDSenior Lawyer
Andrea Salvemini is an experienced commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer, with a particular focus on contract, corporate and commercial matters.
His practice covers the full range of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on contractual liability, banking and finance, energy, technology, consumer goods, succession, and M&A-related disputes, including assistance to clients in the pre-contentious phase, in the initiation of proceedings and in the negotiation of settlement agreements.
Andrea has extensive experience in complex court litigation across a wide range of sectors. In addition, he regularly assists clients in national and international arbitrations. His workload further includes class actions and economic sanctions and export controls.
Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Contract Law from the University of Milan, where he is also a Lecturer in Contract Law. During his doctoral studies, Andrea also undertook a period of research at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, in London (UK), as a Visiting Ph.D. Candidate.
