EXPERIENCE

  • Advised the shareholders of Snowfox Topco limited on the disposal of the Snowfox group (including the operations of Yo! Sushi) to Zensho Holdings.
  • Advised Cube IM on its 2023 acquisition of the Urbaser Group (a Nordic waste management business) and its current co-investment into the group with Railpen in 2024.
  • Was part of the team assisting Blackstone Europe on its acquisition of the Village Hotels Group as part of a highly competitive auction process.
  • Advised a Swedish Listed Plc on the disposal of its direct interest in its UK debt portfolio operations and its subsequent indirect co-investment into UK non-performing loan portfolios.
  • Advised Cube IM on its initial investment alongside management, an existing institutional investor and minority shareholders in full fibre local access connectivity provider G.Network. Going on to adviser G.Network on securing an additional its further GBP1bn (equity and debt) fundraising from multiple investors in 2020 to allow G.Network to continue the rapid expansion of its London based full fibre local access network.
  • Advising on the sale of the entire issued share capital of IPN Topco Limited (the holding company for the IPN and Harringtons pet food group) to Dalton Bidco Limited (CapVest) via competitive auction process with multiple bidders.
  • Advising the family shareholders in respect of their disposal of a multi-national smoke control, ventilation, solar shading and climate technology full-service business. The transaction involved more 17 jurisdictions, including The Netherlands, Germany, China, Dubai and Australia.
