Victor Sanjuán is an associate in the Finance, Projects & Restructuring department in DLA Piper Spain.
Víctor has been actively involved in advising banks, financial institutions and institutional investors, both national and international, in the closing of all types of financing transactions (real estate financing, project financing, corporate financing, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), etc.). He has also recently participated in financing transactions through bond issues (private placements).
Víctor also works on multi-jurisdictional transactions, both leading and providing legal support with any necessary local input in larger cross-border transactions.
