Joaquín concentrates his practice on the area of Regulated Markets, especially in matters of permits and administrative procedures, including risk management, contentious-administrative matters, sanctioning procedures before various sectorial authorities and litigation before specialized courts.
Joaquín advises clients in different sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, food and beverage, chemical-pharmaceutical, construction, infrastructure, among others.
