Vince Sarubbi is a policy advisor and attorney within the firm's Government Affairs and Public Policy practice. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients before Congress, the Administration, and federal agencies, with a concentration on issues related to health, retirement, education, law enforcement, financial services, energy, transportation, labor and employment, and appropriations issues. With nearly 15 years of combined bicameral experience working on Capitol Hill, Vince has a track record of successfully achieving results on some of the most difficult issues facing the nation.

Vince has helped Senators and members of Congress navigate a wide range of issues from the inside and has extensive experience conceptualizing and executing successful policy campaigns within the executive branch. Vince's keen situational awareness and exceptional judgment has been recognized by members of Congress and key high level staff members alike, who have sought his guidance on navigating the most challenging issues they face. This has allowed him to develop deep bipartisan relationships, allowing Vince to achieve positive results. His work has regularly been featured in local, state, and national media outlets and consistently withstood withering scrutiny placed on it by members of the media, the public, and other public officials. 

Most recently, Vince served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05), Chairman of the Law Enforcement Caucus and Vice Chair of the Problem Solvers Caucus. Prior to his work with Rep. Gottheimer, Vince also served as an advisor to Former Senator Sherrod Brown (OH), Rep. Donald Norcross (NJ-01) and Rep. Rob Andrews (NJ-01).
