Charlotte Sas practices business law with a special focus on litigation, the restructuring of companies and insolvency law. She has been instrumental in all important insolvency cases the group takes on. She is also acknowledged as a strong litigator and regularly pleads before the courts in both insolvency and commercial matters.

Charlotte’s market standing and experience in insolvency law has been recognized by the Dutch speaking Enterprise Court of Brussels, that registered her on the list of trustees in bankruptcy. She is also ranked as a 'rising star' in insolvency by Legal 500.

Given her experience with restructuring in the retail sector, Charlotte was also appointed as co-head of the Belgian DLA Piper Retail Sector.
