About

Valérie advises and assists both national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law. Her practice includes the drafting and termination of employment contracts, advising on compensation and benefits, assisting with restructurings, handling labour leasing and posting issues, and supporting clients in their interactions with employee representative bodies.

She has a particular interest in social criminal law, cross-border employment matters and complex workforce structuring (including secondments and temporary agency work). She regularly supports clients in ensuring compliance with labour and social security regulations, including in the context of audits or investigations by the relevant authorities.

In addition to her advisory work, Valérie represents clients before Belgian labour courts in employment and social security-related disputes.

Prior to joining Valérie, she worked as a tax consultant and tax lawyer at leading firms, which provided her with in-depth experience in corporate tax structuring, wage tax matters, and tax litigation. This background enables her to approach employment law issues with a strong awareness of the underlying fiscal and procedural dimensions.
