Daniel Schultz


Daniel Schultz's practice includes strategic patent counseling, due diligence, and patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices.

Daniel has drafted and prosecuted several patents in the software and business methods space, including user authentication, payment software, and online banking. He also works significantly on matters regarding artificial intelligence (AI), neural networks, and machine learning. Daniel is experienced in overcoming 35 USC 101 rejections and efficiently advancing prosecution.

Daniel has also drafted several mechanical patents including medical devices, oil and gas technologies, and energy conservation devices. His litigation experience spans patents, trademarks, and copyrights as well as post grant proceedings before the USPTO.
