Justin Schwarz

Justin Schwarz is a member of the firm's Structured Finance group. Justin focuses his practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities and structured finance products involving commercial real estate loans and multifamily family loans. Justin regularly represents originators, loan sellers, issuers and underwriters in commercial mortgage-backed securities conduit programs and single asset single borrower securitizations.

Justin received his law degree from New York Law School. He also holds a B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
