Bernadette has experience assisting clients in a variety of industries with domestic and international matters including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, aerospace and defense government contracts, and global non-profit initiatives.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Bernadette worked in finance for over six years which provided a strong foundation for understanding and advancing business operational and financial objectives. Her combined legal and business experience increases her effectiveness in identifying and meeting clients' needs.
