Sunil maintains a general employment law practice. His practice involves providing business-critical advice on workplace law matters and representing employers in wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights applications, labour relations board applications, and before various administrative tribunals.
Sunil has represented both public and private sector clients and has dealt with a diverse range of workplace issues including workplace harassment, discrimination, bullying, violence, theft, performance, and insubordination.
Sunil has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, and Federal Court of Canada.
Sunil is also an expert in workplace investigations and employer requirements regarding the same.
