Trevor advises clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, stock exchange listing transactions, and other corporate finance transactions, representing both issuers and financial institutions. He also supports clients by advising on ongoing securities law and stock exchange compliance and corporate governance matters.
Trevor has extensive experience in the mining and natural resources sector, where he regularly structures and negotiates complex transactions. He has acted for project developers, operators, option holders, strategic investors, underwriters and agents on the exploration, development, operation, and financing of mining projects around the world.
Trevor’s prior experience includes serving as general counsel for a venture capital company, where he was responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s transactions, operations, compliance, corporate governance, M&A, investments, joint ventures, financings, and other projects. Trevor’s in-house experience provides him with unique insight into client’s perspectives and equips him to bring a practical and business-oriented approach to legal services.
